We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any wheel, tires or adapters that have been used and/or mounted will not be elgiable for a return
To start a return, you can contact us atmayra@wheelcityinc.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a RMA (return merchandise authorization), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return labels must be provided on the customers end, unless a mistake was made on Supreme Wire Wheels end. At that point we will provide the return label.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Damage in Transit
Surpeme Wire Wheels responsibility ends when shipments are signed for in good condition by the carrier picking up your shipment. Claims for merchandise lost or damaged in transit must be made with the carrier. Supreme Wire Wheels will supply the customer with all shipping data upon your request.
Return of Goods
Supreme Wheels will not accept any returns without prior written authorization. All returns must be shipped PREPAID to our warehouse and must include purchase date, invoice number and a RMA number. We only accept goods returned within 30 days of purchase. If products are found to be misused, modified, improper installation or damaged by dealers or end users, Supreme Wire Wheels has the right to return the product to the dealer at their or end users expense. All warranties are non-transferable, limited to or through original retail purchaser only. Supreme Wire Wheels is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages by dealers or the end users.
TERMS OF PURCHASE
Billing terms
Supreme Wheels payment terms are by Credit Card, PayPal or wire transfer only. We do not accept company checks or any type of COD on direct or drop shipped orders. All orders must be paid in full including shipping fees prior to shipping orders.
